You don't need to look like Brad Pitt or George Clooney to have women fighting over you.  You don't want to look like a slob either.  The number one reason to look good is not in order to attract women, but to look good for yourself.  When you like how you look physically, your confidence will soar.  There's nothing better than walking into a room full of hot women and knowing that you look sharp.

"But I look like crap!" you moan, reaching down to grab the french fry that has fallen down into a crease inside your fleshy gut.

Then do something about it!

Not everyone is blessed with a movie star's face, but eating right and slimming down with exercise makes even the most genetically challenged male look better.  Trim the fat off your stomach and face with exercise and healthy eating.  Not only will it make you feel better, you'll look better and have a healthy glow.

Now you don't need to head off to the gym to become Arnold, but you do need to become active if you aren't currently so.  If you're overweight start losing fat.  You don't need a diet!  Diets are a load of garbage!  All of them!  I don't care if your uncle so-and-so lost 150 pounds with the eat only "insert crap food item here" and lay on your rear in front of the TV diet.

Diets were created for one reason.  To make unethical people money. Lots of money.  That's the only reason.  There are no short cuts and no secrets to losing weight.  Companies push diets so that you'll buy their books, videos, and food.  Don't be taken in by these greedy scumbags!

You could lose weight eating only Crispy Creme Donuts if you wanted to, but then you wouldn't be eating very often and your metabolism would suffer.  All the special diets where you only eat so-and-so foods work at first simply because you're eating less calories than you burn.  The "eat only protein diet" works at the beginning because meat is more filling than carbs so you'll eat less calories overall.  Eventually you'll slip and the weight will come back.  This is because you didn't actually change your eating habits to something sustainable that you can live with.

The key to losing weight is incredibly simple, yet so many people refuse to listen.  Here it is.  *Drum roll please...   To lose weight all you need to do is eat less calories than you burn.  That's it and that's all.  If you eat 10 less calories a day than you burn you will lose weight.  It will take time but you're losing weight.  If you eat more calories than you burn, then you'll gain weight.  It's that simple.

To affect real change and lose weight permanently you need to adopt a style of eating that you can sustain for the rest of your life.  The answer lies in eating a balanced selection of healthy foods that you enjoy combined with exercise.  You don't need to make drastic changes all at once and go from Bigmacs to broccoli overnight.  Lasting change develops slowly.  The key at the beginning is to simply eat a few less calories than you burn daily and combine it with a bit of exercise, preferably cardio.
